"This is it. My breastfeeding journey is slowly coming to an end and my heart is breaking a little. Soaking in every little hand caress, brown eye smiles and wiggly toes while i can. This chapter's closing way too fast." - Jennalene, mom of four

One year ago I witnessed this sweet girl just a few minutes after her birth – a nursing session on her 1 year birthday was the perfect way to celebrate."Four kids later and my oldest being 9 you realize life has a crazy way of sneaking up on you! Breastfeeding has become more than just feeding my baby. It’s become a moment that allows me to slow down and embrace the NOW! From the noisy little breathing snorts that she makes as she nurses to my older kids being kids around me. A pause in life I get to hold onto in the midst of life’s craziness.Breastfeeding all 4 of my kids as infants has been such a beautiful journey. It was those moments I fell deeper in love with each of them. My heart is breaking knowing I soon won’t be able to experience these special moments again."[gallery targetsize="full" captions="hide" bottomspace="none" gutterwidth="20" columns="1" size="full" ids="7679,7680,7681,7682,7683,7684,7685,7686,7687,7691,7688,7690,7689,7692,9829,7694,7693,7695"]

"It's hard pill to swallow knowing that this is my last one. Being present as much as I can before it ends. I'm going to miss this so much."
