"They make me so happy every time I see them! Especially now that the kids have grown so much." - Alexis, mom of two

In July 2015 I did a 7 hour long Day In The Life session for Alexis and her kiddos. A couple days ago she posted some images of a photo collage she made for the kids' room, so I asked her to share some photos with me, too. I am ridiculously excited about seeing my photos on a wall! Here's what Alexis told me about their photo display:"I put together this collage of photos after a Day In The Life session we had with Jenna. I think it’s important for kids to see printed pictures of themselves around their home—it shows them that you value them and those moments with them. I wanted to look at them all the time! I used Artifact Uprising to print them. They have so many options for printing ... and their paper quality is amazing! These are the ‘Square Print Set’. The photos are printed on beautifully thick, cotton paper, they are 5”x5” and you can choose 25 different images. You have control over how thick of a border you want, if any, and what color it is. Plus you can add text. You could even split it up and do smaller sets of five or something—some in color and some not, some with text or not. I really love the amount of control they give you.To create the collage I took out the backing of my chosen picture frame and wrapped it with kraft paper. Then I started laying out the images until I had a grid I was happy with. I used washi tape on the back of each print to hold it in place, then assembled the frame. I had some prints left over, so those just got taped to the wall. They move around a bit as we like to rearrange a lot in our house."
